The fourth person was in critical condition and rushed to a local hospital, where he died as well, Gonzalez said.

The victims were two 16-year-olds, a 19-year-old and a 25-year-old, Gonzalez said. The shooting likely stemmed from an argument at the apartment complex, he said.

The shooting remains under investigation.
