Developer Breaks Ground for 37-Story Apartment Tower on Edge of Little Italy

Toll Brothers, a Philadelphia-based housing developer, has broken ground for a 37-tale, 422-device apartment tower on the edge of Very little Italy in downtown San Diego.

The organization claimed the 800,000-sq.-foot task at Columbia and Ash streets will be its flagship multi-loved ones enhancement in California.
