Developer plans University Park Apartments in Gardner

GARDNER, Kan. — A developer is pitching a system to make extra than 500 new condominium units in northeast Gardner.

On Monday, the Gardner Preparing Fee will critique a rezone ask for and preliminary improvement approach from Austin Park, LLC to develop College Park Apartments. 

Austin Park is requesting roughly 35 acres in the vicinity of 167th Avenue and White Travel be rezoned from back garden condominium (RP-3) to a planned condominium dwelling district (RP-5). The home was annexed into the town in 2003 and at present sits undeveloped with single family members houses to the north and east.

The proposed growth includes 32 townhomes in close proximity to 163rd Road and nine, 4-tale condominium structures to the south. Each and every condominium creating will contain concerning 47-70 models. Renderings of the proposed challenge also exhibit ideas for a clubhouse, pool and doggy park.
