REIDSVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — Right after 12 grueling hours of negotiation, Rayshawn Hairston surrendered to Reidsville police following barricading him, his girlfriend and their toddler within his girlfriend’s property, in accordance to the Reidsville Law enforcement Section.
Reidsville law enforcement said they went to the Marcellus Condominium residence elaborate close to 5 a.m. for a recent warrant in Hairston’s name. Police claimed the warrant stemmed from a the latest taking pictures in Reidsville.
