A partnership among Seefried Houses and Clarion Partners LLC has unveiled programs for Buford North Distribution Center, a two-section logistics progress, totaling 1.4 million square ft in Buford, Ga., northeast of Atlanta.
Design on the project’s original period will start off in August this 12 months and is predicted for completion in the previous quarter of 2023.
Period I will cover 80 acres and include things like three Course A buildings and 969,620 sq. feet of logistics space with 185-foot-deep concrete exterior truck courts, 36-foot apparent heights, ESFR sprinklers and parking areas. Eberly & Associates is the civil engineer of the venture, along with Atlas Architecture as the architect. Senior Vice President Doug Smith, Director Joseph Kriss and Affiliate Tripp Ausband are aspect of Seefried’s Leasing group for the new growth.
