MELVILLE, N.Y. — A system to bring “glamping” to a summer camp house on Lengthy Island has neighbors pushing back.
As CBS2’s Carolyn Gusoff documented Tuesday, Melville citizens say they ended up blindsided by a prepare to erect 70 tents in the woods adjacent to their homes.
For a long time, neighbors have relished the seems of a summer camp for the arts. The nonprofit Usdan is established in 140 wooded acres, but neighbors say they were shocked by the most current camp providing.
