JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – An investigation carries on into a shooting Wednesday evening in Paintsville.
A simply call came in to Paintsville Law enforcement Wednesday evening of photographs fired close to the intersection of KY-321 and Mill Branch Highway.
When officers responded, they recognized a hole in the facet of an condominium developing. Officers eventually gained access to the apartment exactly where they observed 45-12 months-outdated Shaundena M. Conley.
Conley was arrested just after a brief battle with officers that involved her hoping to disarm one particular of them. Officers noticed a powerful odor of alcohol on Conley and concluded that she was intoxicated.
The first investigation revealed that the shot came from a 12-gauge shotgun and went by means of the condominium wall, hitting a truck parked outdoors.
